A monkey riding a dog. Really.

Monkey riding a dog

A monkey riding a dog. Best. Acid. Ever.

When I saw this one on Flickr, I had to look about 10 times. And its actually real - the monkey’s name is Whiplash.. Original image by joetelling.

But wait, there’s more…how about a YouTube Video?

Yeah, you’re not sleeping tonight.

    Whiplash is the spokes-monkey for a Tex-Mex fast food place in Colorado and Nebraska called Taco Johns. As it may seem uncommon for many people to see this, we see these commercials on a daily basis.

    @firehawk:

    Taco Johns for the win. Sounds like you guys have a lot better commercials then we do here (NC).

    Thanks to everyone for your comments.

    For the record, Taco Johns started in Wyoming and its headquarters are in Wyoming. Nebraska and Colorado are secondary.

    Taco Johns is all the way to WI, and if there’s one in the town I’m working in (in house tv repairman), I will go there over any other fast food place for lunch. Whiplash rocks!

    I swear to god I though this was an awesome idea before ever seeing this picture. Have monkeys dressed up like jockies ride greyhounds in dog races.

    No sh*t I just saw this, this past weekend…at a prison rodeo…coolest thing ever! Poor little Whiplash couldn’t even sit up straight on the dog, it was classic!

    what do you mean that Taco Johns was in Montana years ago, it still is here, there are 2 here in Billings and 1 and laurel and a bunch more around the state. click the website link for all the locations in the US

    Well, up here in New England, we got nothing but Taco Bell. Whiplash beats the pants off of that stupid rat-dog.
    I’m going to Denver next week, and I’m sure as hell gonna try to find a Taco John while I’m there!

    Damn straight, advertising works - think it’d be a bajillion dollar industry if it didn’t?
